چکیده
Abstract Background Gastric cancer (GC) remains an important worldwide. Further understanding of the molecular mechanisms gastric carcinogenesis will enhance diagnosis and treatment GC. Methods The expression DLEU2 ETS2 was analyzed in several GC cell lines using GEPIA online analyze, qRT-PCR immunohistochemistry. biological behavior cells detected by CCK8, clone formation, transwell, wound healing, western blot, flow cytometry assay. More in-depth were studied. Results significantly up-regulated tissues lines. associated with pathological grading TNM stage patients. Furthermore, knockdown inhibited proliferation, migration, invasion AGS MKN-45 cells, while overexpression promoted HGC-27 cells. MiR-30a-5p could directly bind to 3’ UTR region ETS2. Moreover, bound miR-30a-5p through same binding site, which facilitated Knockdown reduced protein level intracellular AKT phosphorylation, induced phosphorylation AKT. highly expressed tissues. age, grading, stage. proliferation migration rescued inhibition down-regulation up-regulation Conclusions is a potential target for treatment.

miR-181a-5p promotes the progression of gastric cancer via RASSF6-mediated MAPK signalling activation.
We previously discovered that Ras association domain family member 6 (RASSF6) was downregulated and predicted poor prognosis in GC patients. However, the mechanisms of the down regulation of RASSF6 in GC remained unclear. Increasing evidence indicates that dysregulation of microRNAs promotes the progression of cancer through the repression of tumour suppressors. Here, we identified miR-181a-5p ...
متن کاملmiR-424-5p promotes proliferation of gastric cancer by targeting Smad3 through TGF-β signaling pathway
MiRNAs have been reported to regulate gene expression and be associated with cancer progression. Recently, miR-424-5p was reported to play important role in a variety of tumors. However, the role and molecular mechanisms of miR-424-5p in GC (gastric cancer) remains largely unknown. In this study, we aimed to explore the role of miR-424-5p in GC. QRT-PCR was used to determine the expression leve...
متن کاملmiR-30a suppresses lung cancer progression by targeting SIRT1
The class III histone deacetylase silent information regulator 1 (SIRT1) is frequently overexpressed in a variety of tumors, including lung cancer; however, its regulatory mechanisms are largely unknown. In this study, we found that an inconsistent trend between SIRT1 protein and mRNA levels in human lung cancer tissues, suggesting that a post-transcriptional mechanism may involved in SIRT1 reg...
متن کاملMiR-654-5p attenuates breast cancer progression by targeting EPSTI1.
MicroRNAs (miRNAs) dysregulation is a common event in a variety of human diseases including breast cancer. However, clinical relevance and biological role of miR-654-5p in the progression of breast cancer remain greatly elusive. Herein, the expression levels of miR-654-5p were aberrantly downregulated in human breast cancer specimens and four breast cancer cell lines. Low expression of miR-654-...
متن کاملLncRNA HSP90AA1-IT1 promotes gliomas by targeting miR-885-5p-CDK2 pathway
It is well established that ncRNAs are emerging as important regulators in various types of cancers, however, their functions and contributions in cancers remain insufficiently defined. In this study, we reported the expression levels of a long noncoding RNA (lncRNA), named HSP90AA1-IT1 (HSP90AA1 intronic transcript 1), appeared to correlate with the pathological grades of gliomas and high leve...
